These policies apply to TowleVision production services unless a written project quote states otherwise.
Ask a Policy Question Back to StoreCustomers must own or have permission to use submitted videos, scripts, audio, music, images, logos, names, and other materials provided for a project.
Files may pass through upload, payment, email, or cloud-storage services used to receive and deliver the project.
Delivery is usually provided through a private download link. Customers should download and back up delivered files promptly.
One light revision pass is included when stated in the service or quote. The Shorts Pack revision window is 7 days after delivery.
TowleVision improves the clarity and presentation of client-provided technical information. The client remains responsible for approving scientific accuracy, legal suitability, regulatory compliance, and public use of all claims.
Scientific Explainer Video projects require script approval before full production. Once approved, the script becomes the production script.
The standard Scientific Explainer Video package includes one consolidated script-revision round before approval and one light post-production revision round after the review video is delivered.
Corrections to TowleVision production errors are addressed. Rewriting an approved script, adding new claims, extending runtime, or coordinating multiple uncombined revision rounds may require additional time and cost.
Final delivered assets may be used commercially by the client, subject to the applicable project agreement. Raw project files, prompts, internal manifests, working renders, and proprietary TowleVision production artifacts are not included.
TowleVision displays client projects publicly only with permission. Confidential projects are not displayed as portfolio examples.
Scientific Explainer Video projects use a seven-day revision window unless a written quote states otherwise. Source, working, and delivery files are temporarily retained for production and revision handling, then deleted from active storage after the stated revision window.
TowleVision does not use client materials to train AI models. The service does not provide medical review, legal review, regulatory approval, independent laboratory verification, formal peer review, scientific certification, patent analysis, or guaranteed marketing performance.
TowleVision deletes source, working, and delivery files from active storage after the stated revision window.
TowleVision does not use customer videos or project files to train AI models.
TowleVision uses a Tally form to receive initial project inquiries. A submission may include contact information, organization or project information, a general project description, nonconfidential links, approximate timing, how you found TowleVision, and an optional choice about marketing emails.
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess project fit, answer questions, and discuss possible next steps. Project-related replies do not require marketing consent. Marketing emails are sent only when you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, and that choice is not required to submit an inquiry.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through an available unsubscribe method or by contacting TowleVision. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or private materials through the initial form. Tally is a third-party form provider involved in processing the submission.
TowleVision does not guarantee views, viral performance, platform acceptance, or business outcomes.
