Source video length
The Shorts Pack is designed for one finished source video up to 15 minutes long. Source videos under 5 minutes may produce shorter clips, usually around 10-30 seconds, because there is less source material to work from. Videos under 2 minutes are not a good fit for this package and will be better suited to a future full-video conversion service.
How to send your video
After starting your order, you will provide a download/view link to your finished source video. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive, unlisted YouTube, or Vimeo links are acceptable. Please make sure the link is accessible before submitting.
What you receive
A clean ZIP package
Delivery is provided as a clean ZIP package, usually through a private download link. Customers should download and back up their delivery package promptly.

Revision policy
Included light revision
One light revision pass is included. Customers have 7 days after delivery to request the included light revision pass. A light revision may include caption typo corrections, title/description/hashtag tweaks, or replacing one clip if a selected moment is clearly unsuitable.
File retention and use
After that 7-day revision window, TowleVision deletes the submitted source video, working files, and delivery files from active storage. If changes are needed after the revision window has closed, a new project may be required.
TowleVision does not use customer videos or project files to train AI models. Files may pass through the upload, payment, email, or cloud-storage services used to receive and deliver the project.
